未来,为我而来

很久没写过东西了。这地方荒废了半年,何止这博客荒废了半年,我往回想想的时候就连我这半年的生活也是出于被搁置的状态,就生生地随着时间就过去了。
写东西的由头不得不说,还是因为看完了里德童鞋的新近作品《浮出水面》,看这片名和片头那一长串头衔加名字的时候我就使劲琢磨这片子起这么个名字究竟想表达什么。不管什么都想咂摸出点目的目标意义方向好像是上了班的理性主义者新添的毛病。看到最后也没想出个所以然,但有种扯淡扯着蛋了的感觉,有点儿疼。边看边吃着外卖的桂林牛腩米粉就想起来了匆匆过去的这一年,就像看这个电影的时候一样,我开始觉得付岛是不是得负情自杀,后来又觉好歹得让他们得旧情复燃,要么里德和哪个姑娘又撕扯在一起也勉强算个欢喜大结局。但什么也没有发生,结尾像这个年过得一样仓促。
就算知道了落花流水这个道理,还是不能避免我年前后去烧了两次香,和菩萨唠唠心事儿。最近心事儿多,心头沉。明显的特征就是睡觉做噩梦。不是当天PANEL结果啥都没准备一问三不知了,就是前男友他妈打电话给我说他新交了一个温柔得都挤得出水儿的姑娘神马的。
最近经常被这种喜忧参半,一会儿太阳一会儿雨的心情笼罩着。但是我还是坚信自己是个阳光普照积极向上的青年。都说要定New year resolution才算有Plan的人,那我已经被迫有PLAN很多年了。我写了张纸条贴在写字桌的上方,上面有很多美好的愿望和理想,生活也正是因为这些才变得动人和丰富起来。

Week 1: 做最好的自己

生活不撞南墙不回头一般义无反顾地前进着。生病了就觉得周遭都慢了下来,专注时就世界就凝固了一样;不回头就好像那段记忆还固执地站在那儿,不踮脚就好像未来还没有开演。这就是相对论,这就是曲解科学转化的生活信仰。
所以我很庆幸第一本书是一本科学实验报告,下面就是那个科学家教给我的事儿: 不论何时何地伴着谁迎着什么,做最好的自己。
这原因可能是无限的无知。就像大多数的时候我们过得每一天都好像在漆黑不见五指的雪地里面撒尿一样,我们觉得这次好像和上次不太一样,但是我们也说不清究竟是哪里不一样。我有如果发现了不知道的东西就要立即百度的强迫症,也同时证明我缺乏即使一知半解过生活也心安理得的勇气。
这原因还可能是周遭的不可控。就像我今天看的岁月神偷,看到达叔摩挲着双手递上两百块的时候我就发现我是一个哭点没有底线的人..无力感就油然而生。"过生活,就要信"。这是君如阿姨在电影里面反复念叨的台词。我们这些留了眼泪的观众们,从某种意义上来说,就是信了。信什么呢? 信招牌刷了红色客人就回来,信上帝七天造了世界,信泥石流其实是天灾还是信社会主义。我们靠什么信仰长大成人并度过一个个害怕并且失眠的晚上
这原因可能是被你抛弃了的过去。如果你是一个跟我一样记忆力正常(基本上也就等于不好)的人,日子就是过一半丢一半,并且大多数时候我们以为我们丢了糟粕留了精华。这件事最具象的呈现就是男欢女爱。豆瓣上小小女人帮的帖子基本上都出于几个套路: 我爱他了,我不爱他了,我又爱上他了..爱情不回头时候我们都以为它还在那儿,等再开始时就一样的痴呆和犯傻。所以宝贝儿,真高兴,你"又"找到了值得你重视的人。
科学家实验告诉我们的是,做最好的自己,从每周的有氧运动开始,有氧运动可以预防老年痴呆症,可以激活脑细胞活动,可以提高认知能力。但谁真在乎这科学上还比不上一天8小时的睡眠的效用呢?

好的开头是?大致就是背景的铺陈和详述,就像在google 地图上丢下的一颗指针:基本的要求是即使某天误打误撞的观众也可以省去猜测的过程,更重要的在于在未来的730天之中提醒自己。
PMBA?Personal MBA. Personal MBA理念是Josh Kaufman提出的,简单的说就是”通过阅读覆盖MBA教学内容的最好的书籍去获得从MBA课程中所能获得的所有知识“。
Why blogging? 不得不说这是一个抄袭的灵感,抄袭于电影Julie & Julia, 一个在夹缝中生存的中年政府女文员的blogging人生,起始于一个模糊而又抽象的信念,和渴望证明自己的冲动。blog的优点在于,在和谐的前提下这是自由且互动的,即使是假象的互动(就像Julie在电影中设想的那样)像连续的强心剂一样保持着动力;优点还在于,这是一个鱼肝油不能替代的免费笔记本。
